With Gamr Africa, we helped curate a curriculum built to educate dozens of game developers from across the African continent within the ROBLOX Game Development ecosystem. This program serves as a pilot for the development of our talent development program at Robi Interactive whereby we aim to train potential game developers in digitizing their artistic skills and monetizing them for the purpose of game development. This strategic partnership with an industry leader in African E-Sports & Gaming is important in gaining outreach for the future of our program & development studio.

At Robi Interactive, we aim to develop the talent of our studio's collaborative artists by connecting them to existing game development projects in which they gain crucial hands-on experience whilst being paid for their talents.

So far, we have successfully carried out the guidance & training of multiple scripters & UI designers who were absorbed with little to no understanding of scripting  in the C# and C++ languages in a game development context and managed to develop advanced level skills within 2 months of the guidance program, with our most impressive UI designer (@s9h1nx on Discord) managing to master the craft in just two weeks! 

All of this is carried out through Nair & Co. Scripts, a Robi Interactive studio which exists primarily on Discord & ROBLOX as a game development studio handling long-term commissions, short-term commissions & game projects.
